What does it really cost?
Checks start at $35. You see the package price and any court fees before you order. No setup fee, no contract, no minimums. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long does it take?
Most reports are back in 2 business days. Some county courts are slower. If one is holding things up, your investigator tells you which one and about how long.
What if something shows up?
Your investigator explains what it is and whether it can be used. If you’re thinking about not hiring someone because of it, the law requires two letters and a short waiting period. We write the letters and track the dates.
Who handles the legal side?
We do the heavy lifting. We send the required forms, apply federal, state, and local rules on what can be reported, write the letters the law requires if something shows up, track the waiting periods, and keep the records. Your hiring decision is still yours to make.
